This is structured, long-term work. Not a quick fix.
A sustained partnership built around you, your goals, and the environments you compete in.
Closing the gap between your potential and your performance doesn’t happen in a single session.
It happens through consistent work, applied over time, in the environments that actually matter.
Most athletes already have the ability. What this work builds is reliable access to it — after setbacks, in key moments, and in the situations that often define results.
The Process
We start with a focused kickoff session to align on your goals, understand where you are, and co-design the work together. From there, a structured mental fitness program builds the foundation everything else runs on — developing the habits, tools, and self-awareness that hold up when the pressure rises.
Everything we build is designed to be used in the real environments you compete in. We take it into training, into competition, into the moments between races when everything needs to hold together. This is where the work becomes real. Not theory. Not insight. Actual change you can feel.

“I will carry the skills I learned for the rest of my career on and off the water.
The framework by which Brian coaches also offered valuable lessons that carried over into my personal life — something I’ll forever be grateful for.”
- Alec Anderson
Professional Sailor | World Champion
How We Work Together
Most athletes begin with a six-month commitment. That’s enough time to build a real foundation, apply it consistently across training and competition, and create meaningful change in how you compete and perform. After six months, we continue month-to-month for as long as the work is valuable.
Included throughout: regular coaching sessions, unlimited access between sessions, competition support during key events, and quarterly checkpoints to recalibrate and refocus.
I keep my roster intentionally small so every client gets my full attention.

“What has been most valuable is developing genuine confidence and identifying what was getting in my way before it caused disruption. Facing high-pressure situations, I now have strategies to remain composed.
I entered this process aiming to learn one thing — and walked away having changed how I operate across everything.”
- Brian Dishman
Humanitarian | ADCI Supervisor | USCG Master | Diver Medic
Who This is For
This work is designed primarily for elite sailors — Olympic campaigners, professional competitors, and high-level athletes who are serious about performing more consistently under pressure. I also work with teams, and a small number of executives and leaders where the same principles apply. If you’re interested in something outside the standard 1:1 format, get in touch and we can talk through what makes sense.
Getting started is simple. Reach out, we’ll have a conversation about where you are and what you’re working toward, and we’ll take it from there.
If you’re ready, I’d like to hear from you.
